Carla Pritchard
Executive Director

Carla's work as executive director includes the artistic and fund raising aspects of CDP's programming. She handles the booking of entertainment for all CDP events, as well as secures sponsorships and state and local grants to provide animation for downtown Chattanooga's public spaces approximately 150 days a year. Prior to joining the CDP staff in 1991, she worked at the Chattanooga Downtown Alliance and Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga.


 

Sandra Rose
Marketing Manager

Sandra manages the marketing of Chattanooga Downtown Partnership events; produces the Tour of Downtown Living and Downtown Roundtable breakfasts; oversees the holiday lighting program and the downtown banner program; and maintains CDP mailing lists. Sandra has been with Chattanooga Downtown Partnership since 1993.


 

Lesley R. Berryhill
Community Relations/Property Manager

Lesley serves as Community Relations Director for the Chattanooga Downtown Partnership, coordinating publicity efforts, security and vendors for the numerous year-round events produced by CDP. She also serves as Property Manager for RiverCity Company, the Chattanooga Downtown Partnership's parent company. This includes tenant relations, facility managment and the rental of Miller Plaza and Waterhouse Pavilion. Lesley has been with Chattanooga Downtown Partnership since 2000.


 

Nikki G. Miller
Office Manager

Nikki manages office activities such as record maintenance, daily calendar of scheduled appointments, office equipment, office supplies and provides administrative support to the Executive Director. Nikki is also responsible invoicing and event ticket sales. She coordinates logistics for the CDP events and maintains a yearly downtown calendar of events. Nikki has been with Chattanooga Downtown Partnership since 2000.


 

Ann Ball
Project Coordinator


Ann serves as a production assistant for all events, including design and event concept.  She assists in handling technical needs of events from staging to lights and sound. She oversees the coordination of volunteers for some events and maintains photo files for events and downtown attractions. Ann has been with Chattanooga Downtown Partnership since 2004.
