River City Company privately owns and operates Miller Plaza - a city park, stage and pavilion located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga’s City Center, across the street from the city-owned and operated Miller Park.

Miller Plaza plays host for many events throughout the year, including the 17-week Nightfall Concert Series, Rhythm at Noon Concert Series and many non-profit fundraising events, such as spelling bees, art shows, special events and more. A beacon for downtowners looking for an outdoor lunch spot, Miller Plaza has several restaurants located on the first floor retail level, with the River City Company offices located above on the second floor.

Through River City Company, Waterhouse Pavilion is available for private rental; many weddings, reunions and other special occasions have been celebrated there. Waterhouse Pavilion is a beautiful and spacious 3,600-square-foot facility with a two story atrium and abundant windows that can create an open air space, or completely enclose the Pavilion depending on the weather or event. Also, provided with a private rental is 34 - 30" round tables and 136 chairs. Plus, sound and lighting services are available if needed.
